Shipping & Returns Policy

Local Pickup Only – Electric Vehicles

Electric bikes, electric scooters, and electric dirt bikes are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.

Due to size, battery regulations, and handling requirements, we do not ship:

• Electric bikes

• Electric scooters

• Electric dirt bikes

All electric vehicle purchases must be picked up in person at one of our store locations. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.

Availability & Pickup Timing

Electric vehicle availability varies by model and location.

• In-stock electric bikes, scooters, and dirt bikes may be available for same-day pickup once payment is completed and any required services are finalized

• Special-order electric vehicles typically arrive within 7–10 business days on average

• Actual arrival times may be shorter or longer depending on manufacturer availability, shipping carriers, and supply chain conditions

All availability and arrival timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

We ship accessories and non-powered items including (but not limited to):

• Helmets

• Racks & carriers

• Batteries & chargers

• Locks & lights

• Apparel & riding gear

• Parts and tools

Order Processing

Accessory orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Costs

Accessories ship via standard ground carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping may be available.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

Local Pickup Policy – Electric Vehicles

• All electric vehicles must be picked up in-store

• Assembly, safety check, and setup are performed prior to pickup only if paid for

• If assembly/setup is not purchased, the vehicle may be provided partially assembled

• Accessory installation or special requests must be arranged prior to pickup

Once an electric vehicle leaves our store, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

Returns Policy

Electric Vehicles (Local Pickup Only)

Electric bikes, electric scooters, and electric dirt bikes may be eligible for return only if all conditions below are met:

• Return request made within 3 days of pickup

• Vehicle has less than 5 miles on the odometer

• Vehicle is in like-new condition

• No damage, abuse, modifications, or missing parts

• Battery has not been damaged or improperly charged

All electric vehicle returns require prior approval.

A restocking fee of up to 15–25% may apply. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Accessories & Shipped Items

Accessories may be returned under the following conditions:

• Return request made within 14 days of delivery

• Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Return authorization is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed accessories

• Batteries once installed or charged

• Clearance, sale, demo, or used items

• Special-order or custom items

Order Cancellations

Electric Bikes

• Electric bike orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund

• Electric bike orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15–25%, even if the bike has not yet been picked up

Electric Scooters & Electric Dirt Bikes

• All electric scooter and electric dirt bike orders are subject to restocking fees once processed

• Special-order vehicles may not be eligible for cancellation

Accessories

• Accessory orders canceled before shipment may be refunded

• Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns

Return Shipping & Fees

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Items returned damaged or used may be refused or subject to deductions

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

Warranty & Service

Mechanical or electrical issues after pickup are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty, not returns.

We assist with:

• Warranty diagnostics

• Parts coordination

• Authorized warranty repairs

Warranty claims do not qualify for refunds.
