We provide professional e-bike service with a focus on safety, reliability, and manufacturer-correct repairs. Appointments are welcome if you plan to wait for your bike. Otherwise, you may drop your bike off during regular business hours.

We only service e-bike brands that we currently carry.
This allows us to provide proper manufacturer support, obtain the correct parts, and complete repairs according to brand requirements.
Service Policy & Disclaimers
- Brands We Service: We only service e-bike brands that we currently sell and support.
- UL-Certified E-Bikes Only: Eligible e-bikes must be UL certified. Non-certified bikes and DIY builds will not be accepted due to safety and liability concerns.
- Appointments and Drop-Offs: Appointments are welcome for customers who plan to wait while their bike is being serviced. All other bikes may be dropped off and will be serviced on a first-in, first-out basis.
- Turnaround Times: Completion times may vary depending on our current service queue, the condition of the bike, repair complexity, and parts availability.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service on unsafe, modified, improperly assembled, or severely damaged bikes.
- Parts: We use OEM or equivalent-quality replacement parts when available.
- Testing: All repaired bikes are test-ridden and safety-checked before return. We will contact you if unexpected issues are discovered.
- Storage Fees: Bikes not picked up within 10 days of service completion may be subject to storage fees.
