Service Policy & Disclaimers
- UL Certified E-Bikes Only: We only service e-bikes that are UL certified. Non-certified bikes (or DIY builds) will not be accepted due to safety and liability concerns.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service on unsafe or severely damaged bikes.
- Parts for Other Brands: If you bring a bike brand we do not carry, you are responsible for sourcing manufacturer-specific parts (e.g., motor, controller) if required for the repair.
- Estimates: All service times are estimates; actual labor may vary depending on condition and complexity.
- Parts: Not included in labor rate unless explicitly stated. We use OEM or equivalent-quality replacements.
- Testing: All bikes are test-ridden and safety-checked before return. We will contact you if unexpected issues arise.
- Storage Fees: Abandoned bikes not picked up within 10 days of service completion may incur storage fees.
