Tune-Up Packages

Recommended for newer or lightly used bikes (≈500–1000 mi).

Includes full inspection, bolt check, brake and derailleur adjustment, headset tweaks, accessory installs.

Note: Does not include disassembly, hydraulic bleeds, truing, heavy cleaning, or electrical diagnostics.

Ideal for regularly used bikes (≈1200–3000 mi).

Adds minor wheel truing, rotor resurfacing, fluid top-off, drivetrain install, hub and headset adjustments.

Excludes major overhauls or deep electrical diagnostics.

Best for heavily used bikes (≈2000–6000 mi) or annual overhauls.

Includes all Standard Tune-Up services, plus major wheel truing, bearing overhauls, hydraulic brake service, full drivetrain replacement, and surface cleaning.

Note: May require drop-off for full service completion.

Service Policy & Disclaimers

  • We only service e-bikes that are UL certified. Non-certified bikes will not be accepted due to safety and liability concerns.
  • All service times are estimates; actual labor may vary depending on condition and complexity.
  • Parts are not included unless explicitly stated. We use OEM or equivalent-quality replacements.
  • All bikes are test-ridden and safety-checked before return. Customer will be contacted if unexpected issues arise.
  • Abandoned bikes not picked up within 10 days of service completion may incur storage fees.
  • All diagnostic labor is non-refundable and applies even if a repair is declined.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service on unsafe or severely damaged bikes.
